FAQs
Prints
Q: When are prints available to purchase?
A: Prints are available once a year in September. Specific dates are announced before the sale. The best way to stay informed is following natelawart on Instagram.

Q: What is a timed release?
A: Prints are available for a set window of time. All purchases during that period will be honored, and the edition size is based on the number of prints sold.

Q: What is a limited edition?
A: Limited editions have a set quantity, available first come, first served, and often sell out quickly.

Q: Will you sell out?
A: Limited editions usually sell out fast, but timed releases allow everyone to purchase however many prints they’d like within the sale window.

Q: What size are the prints?
A: Sizes usually range from 13" x 19" up to 40" x 50".

Q: How much do the prints cost?
A: Prices range from $80 up to $1,130 USD.

Q: Why are some prints similar in size but different prices?
A: Pricing depends on several factors: size, color, and technical details. Each print and canvas is carefully priced.

Q: Can I purchase older edition prints?
A: Past print editions are not available.

Q: Can I pre-order a print? I won’t be able to go online that day.
A: Pre-orders are not available. All prints must be purchased during the release window. Consider asking someone you trust to purchase for you if you can’t be online.

Q: How many prints can I order?
A: There’s no strict limit, but orders over 4 may be split into multiple shipments for safety. Your shipping confirmation email will list exact contents.

Q: Are all prints signed and numbered?
A: Yes. Paper prints are signed, numbered, and embossed in the border. Canvas prints are signed and numbered on the back.

Shipping
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Shipping begins November 1st.

Q: Why does it take so long?
A: Production begins only after the sale ends. Each print goes through a quality check, is numbered, embossed, signed, packaged, and then shipped.

Framing
Q: How should I frame my new paper prints?
A: Use archival materials and UV protective glazing (glass or acrylic). If not matting, add a spacer between print and glazing to prevent moisture buildup. Wait until your print arrives before framing.

Q: How should I frame my new canvas prints?
A: Canvas prints include a white border for wrapping around stretcher bars. No glass or acrylic is required. Some collectors add an external frame. The signature and edition number appear on the back.
